Background:
- 1 years of CA experience in employment law
- Appear at Court hearings for, among other things, Motion for Preliminary Approval, Motion for Final Approval, Status Conferences (after settlement), and Accounting Hearings after disbursement
- Communicate with clients, and Settlement Administrators, and coordinate with staff who also communicate with the Settlement Administrator and review Class Notices
- Prepare drafts of Wage and Hour Class Action and PAGA Action Settlement Agreements
- Drafts of Motions for Final Approval, including client declaration, Proposed Order, Proposed Judgment, settlement administrator declaration, and Proof of Service
- Bilingual is a plus
